When should I expect
delivery? |
|
Telephone charge orders using a credit card or
money order are usually processed within 72 hours, then delivered to your
home within 7 to 10 days. Expect a slightly longer time at peak periods. For
Personal Checks: expect delivery in 3 to 4 weeks from the time we receive
your order. Back orders are not shipped except upon your request. |

serve your area, we ship U.S. Postal Service. |

Next Day and Second Day Air UPS delivery available
to the 48 states, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and parts of Alaska. |

There are additional shipping costs for doll house
kits shipped Next Day or Second Day Air. Please call for rates. |

Foreign surface shipments including FPO, APO, and
all countries outside the U.S. add $10.00 to regular shipping and handling
charges. For Air service we will bill additional charge. Doll House Kits
shipped to all countries outside the U.S., HI, Puerto Rico and P.O. boxes
will be charged actual S&H charges. Call for rates. |

What is the return exchange
procedure? |

Simply follow all
instructions on your Return Authorization Form that comes with your order.
We will send you a refund, exchange or give you credit on a future order.
Return the package, prepaid and insured, to our address on the return
Authorization Form. |

What if my order is damaged
? |

If your order is damaged or
flawed in any way , save the original packing materials for |

inspection and contact your carrier. Do not
